Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Here is our "go to dip" for the holidays. We always make this to share at gatherings and it's always a hit!

INGREDIENTS

  • 14oz Can of artichoke hearts (water), drained and chopped
  • 8oz Water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 8oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 8oz Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • Dash Grounded Red Pepper
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a pot over medium heat, add the olive oil and onion. Saute until translucent.

  3. Lower heat and add garlic, spinach, chestnuts and artichokes. 

  4. Once the spinach is wilted add the cream cheese, stir until melted.

  5. Add the rest of the ingredients.

  6. Place in a baking dish, bake until bubbly (approx 15 mins).

  7. Serve with chips, crackers or bread.
