Buffalo Chicken Sliders

  • 1 pack Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups Shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup Franks Buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp Hot bird seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Chopped chives
  • 1 stick Melted butter
  • 2 tbsp Ranch seasoning
  • 6 slices Mozzarella cheese


  1. Coat chicken in marinade

  2. Slice sliders in half and place bottom half in oiled tray

  3. Top bottom bread with marinaded chickens

  4. Add slices on mozzarella on top of the chicken 

  5. Place top of breadrolls back on and lightly coat with melted butter

  6. Place in oven until cheese is melted and tops are brown
