Brisket Ramen Recipe

This easy dinner only took about 20 or 25 minutes to make with your leftover brisket! And everyone we served truly loved this spicy Asian-style meal.

This quick and easy one-pot meal lets you toss your ingredients into a simmering stock pot. Add instant ramen noodles after preparing them according to package directions. You’ll want to top this dish off with Sriracha sauce for that extra spicy kick.

You can’t make this flavorful meal without the right cooking tools. So, we advise you to use the best quality pans, pots, and knives from our collection.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sliced onion
  • 5 cloves minced garlic
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 8 ounces shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 5 cups beef bone broth
  • 1/3 cup liquid aminos
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 1 soft-boiled egg
  • 1 green onion
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Leftover Brisket

DIRECTIONS

  1. Saute the onion and the garlic in a pan for about four minutes.

  2. Next, toss the mushrooms and the shredded carrots into the pan to cook for four more minutes.

  3. Once that’s done, add the beef stock, liquid aminos, and ginger paste to the stock pot. Simmer on low. Cover the pan during the simmering process.

  4. Now, toss in the two packages of ramen noodles to cook for two minutes. Turn off the burner.

  5. Boil the egg until it is soft-boiled. You should finish boiling the egg in about six minutes. Put the egg in ice water for four minutes and then de-shell it.

  6. Serve the brisket and ramen in a bowl, and then arrange sesame seeds, green onions, eggs, and Sriracha sauce on top.

Notes

This meal should make about two servings, and you can surely double it to feed your family. But if you’re having a big party, triple or quadruple the ingredients. Enjoy this delicious dinner tonight!
