Parmesan Garlic Chicken Tenders

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1 tbsp. parmesan garlic rub or garlic salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. hot sauce


  1. Place chicken strips onto wire rack and then coat in medium crushed corn flakes.

  2. Season with parmesan garlic rub or garlic salt.

  3. Grill the chicken strips at 400F for 20-25 minutes until Internal Temperature reaches 165F. Alternatively, you can cook these in the oven too.

  4. Melt butter and mix together with ½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons hot sauce to make the sauce for coating the chicken tenders.

  5. Coat cooked chicken strips in the prepared sauce and serve warm! Enjoy!


To give your Parmesan garlic chicken tenders extra crunch and flavor, add some finely chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice on top before serving!
