Smoked Nashville Hot Wings

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, separated into drums and flats
  • 2 tbsp. Nashville Hot Chicken Rub
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 small cup blue cheese dressing

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees.

  2. Rub each side of the wings with the Nashville Hot Chicken rub.

  3. Place wings on grill and cook until they hit an internal temperature of 190 degrees.

  4. Chop fresh parsley, and garnish wings with parsley and blue cheese crumbles.

  5. Serve hot with a side of blue cheese dressing for dipping.
