Smoked Nashville Hot Wings

Make snacking great again with Smoked Nashville Hot Wings! Slow-smoked to perfection over smoldering charcoal, these flavorful wings are then tossed in a hot and creamy blue cheese sauce for an unbeatable flavor combination.

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, separated into drums and flats
  • 2 tbsp. Nashville Hot Chicken Rub
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 small cup blue cheese dressing


  1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees.

  2. Rub each side of the wings with the Nashville Hot Chicken rub.

  3. Place wings on grill and cook until they hit an internal temperature of 190 degrees.

  4. Chop fresh parsley, and garnish wings with parsley and blue cheese crumbles.

  5. Serve hot with a side of blue cheese dressing for dipping.
