Bacon & Egg Cheese Biscuits

  • 4 oz. monteray and cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices @smithfieldbrand hometown original bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • BBQ rub
  • biscuit dough
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • garlic and herb rub


  1. Shred the cheese and cut the bacon into strips. Fry the bacon until crispy, then set aside on paper towel.

  2. Scramble the eggs with your favorite BBQ rub and cook them to desired doneness. Then set aside.

  3. Flatten out the biscuit dough, add in the cheese, eggs and bacon, then fold back up into a ball.

  4. Melt the butter and add garlic and herb rub. Place in an oven or smoker at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
