INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 small yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

  2. Mash the avocado with a fork to your desired consistency, making it as chunky or smooth as you'd like.
