INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cloves finely minced garlic
  • 1 finely minced shallot
  • 1 tsp finely minced ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup Korean Chillies
  • 1 tbsp Red Pepper Chili flakes
  • 2/3 cup avocado oil, heated to 350F

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the grill to 350F.

  2. In a large bowl, season the wings with SPG and corn starch.

  3. Grill the wings for one hour, flipping them once halfway through until they reach an internal temperature of 190F.

  4. While the wings are grilling, prepare the Chilli Oil. In a porcelain bowl mix together garlic, shallot, ginger, salt, Korean chillies, and red pepper chili flakes.

  5. Heat 2/3 cup of avocado oil in a pan until it reaches 350F, then pour it over the mixture and stir well.

  6. Let the Chilli Oil cool once mixed, then store it in a mason jar for future use.

  7. Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the Chilli Oil until they are well coated. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve the wings with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing to balance out the heat.
