INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 bunches cilantro
  • a handful spinach
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 pc Habanero Pepper or Jalepeno
  • handful mixed nuts (low salt)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 3 cloves garlic

DIRECTIONS

  1. Using my smoker and set it at 400 degrees until Tritip IT reaches 130 degrees.

  2. Let it rest for 10min.
