INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup leftover brisket
  • 1 tablespoon butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  2. Melt the butter in the pan.

  3. Place one slice of bread in the pan and add a slice of cheese on top of it.

  4. Add the leftover brisket on top of the cheese and place the remaining cheese on top of the brisket.

  5. Place the other slice of bread on top of the cheese and gently press down.

  6. Cook until the bread is golden brown, then carefully flip the sandwich and cook until the other side is golden brown as well.

  7. Remove from the pan and let it cool for a few minutes.

  8. Cut the sandwich in half and serve hot. Enjoy!
