- 1 kg Salmon side, skinless

Prepare the Cajun Rub by combining paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, fennel seeds, cumin, cayenne, black pepper, and kosher salt in a bowl. Mix well.

Rub the Cajun seasoning all over the salmon side, ensuring even coverage. Allow it to marinate while you prepare the basting butter.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, kosher salt, and red chili flakes. Stir well and let the flavors meld for a few minutes. Remove from heat.
